5. Sorry about Simba. I never thought I'd be posting one of these threads but

wow, this dog (all 5 pounds of her) was all heart. She was blind, deaf, with a bum ticker, weak kidneys, and a bunch of other things wrong. Still, she had a great appetite and was always up for fun. You are right It does hurt, though I knew this day was coming. I'm glad we didn't let it linger too long. She was in the hospital for a few days and bam, her ticker just gave out, though her kidney numbers were lookng good. Everyone if you suspect your pet is sick and you can afford it, take her right in for a blood test. No messing around. I think we could have bought another year or two if we would have done so.
