2. Mock the Week is some of the funniest TV I've ever seen. Not a patch on
"Have i got news for You" if you ask me, plus Frankie Boyle is really unfunny and shouldn't be let anywhere near a comedy programme IMHO!
6. Spitfire Ale is the best beer ever. I must endeavour to find a way to get it in the StatesSpitfire's OK, personally I prefer Fat Cat Honey Ale, but then again that's only available from 4 pubs in East Anglia. If you want quality ale then there's always the Great British Beer Festival @ Earls Court next week (which I usually attend!)
http://www.camra.org.uk/page.aspx?o=1954967. I will miss Crunchie Bars, Chicken flavoured crisps, Steak and onion flavoured crisps, Baked Beans in a tomato sauce, and Irn-Bru. (the stuff from Canada is no proper substitute, It has no Caffiene.)I'd have to agree about the Irn-Bru. I'd also have to agree about the frankfurters too quite frankly!
13. I have picked a team to root for in the Premiership. I now consider myself an Arsenal Supporter!Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Even after our ground went underwater this summer I was still much happier with the Wednesday then A*****l, or any other football team for that matter. Myself I quite like West Ham now they've shafted the Blades!
17. I think the fact that there people named Balls and Darling on the Cabinet prove that Gordon Brown has a sense of Humour. My Dad was in the navy with someone called Balls. Apparently the whole regiment used to call out
"AND THE SAME TO YOU!" whenever his name was called out at rollcall.
Hope you enjoyed your time in London, in spite of the awful weather! :-)
