Missing yak

Troopers received a report Monday morning from Roger Hendry, 54, of Delta Junction that one of his red cattle yak cows was discovered missing from his Cummings Road ranch on July 21. The cows had gotten loose, he told troopers and had been rounded up, but one was still missing. Evidence was found in the area and troopers have a suspect. Investigation is continuing.
