TicketMaster -- never again!

I try to buy tickets at the box office. Always. But that's not possible when seeing something out-of-town.

I've been waiting 25 days for tickets to be sent to me from southern CA and found out today I could wait as long as another twelve days. The event could be over by then. My VISA was charged immediately, of course.

So much for the $15.00 shipping and handling fee. I will NEVER, EVER buy from TicketMaster again, and I urge you to do the same. Venues are expensive enough without being ripped-off by these weasels.

they seem to have a monopoly, so I doubt they're going away any time soon. That really sucks because they seem to be a very shitty company.

2. I would file a claim with your bank

and credit card compay if it doesnt arrive.

its against the law for them to charge you for an item before it ships.

5. I bought some from Ticketmaster and printed them in 5 minutes.

They send a pdf of printable tickets.
