8. Stuffed shells with homemade sauce.
Stuffing is hot italian sausage, spinach, garlic, mozzarella, and mushrooms. :9

That is all I am in charge of, but I'm sure there will be bread and salad.

I always make something homemade Italian on Soprano night. A group of us get together to have dinner and watch mobsters.

Sundays are awesome!! :bounce:

45. The stuffing was kind of thrown together
with what I had on hand.

5 Hot italian sausages ground in a food processor. (I just use the sausage that is required to make the sauce)
1 14 ounce bag frozen spinach
1 can of mushrooms also chopped in the food processor.
1 cup of mozzarella
2 T chopped garlic (to taste really)
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese small curd.

I used 30 Barilla jumbo shells. About 2 regular spoonfuls for each shell. (I used all but a tablespoon of the filling.) Add sauce and cheese over the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Chopped up taters, soaked in olive oil and secret spices. Then, fried in olive oil for a bit, then baked with additional spices. Spicy, crispy, fantastic.
