3. I found that site while looking at this at Sears Catalog 1971
The the site of regrettable food is downright cool. Both sites have a sense of humor

8. the 1971 Sears catalog is great also!
I used it to justify my purchase of a 42" LCD TV. The kick-ass 18" portable color TV with wireless remote was just $429.95 back then, in today's inflated dollars that would be over $2000. The 42" open box special was under $1600!

Not only did I get a better TV than I could have gotten in 1971, I saved over $400!

5. Fascinating and horrible at the same time, you can't look away...
Incidentally, are you familiar with 'Steve, don't eat it!'?
You might enjoy that...you get to learn what a BLT made with Beggin' Strips tastes like.

9. Can I have some more, Dad? It's not only disgusting, it's racist, too!
:sarcasm:

"Heap Big Steak"? "Totem Burgers"? Is that what they serve at the Washington R*dsk*ns' concession stands?!

Note to time travelers: Do NOT set the machine for 1950-1959, inclusive (unless Elvis is involved, maybe).

10. Christ, that reminds me: I have to send him this astonishlingly hilarious booklet
that I got for 35 cents about a year ago:

Velveeta Recipes For People Who Eat Food.

I shit you not.

I'll have to scan some of the pages and post them.
