Anybody used Costco travel services?

My wife and I are looking to go to Rome for a week or so in October for our 10th anniversary, and are obviously looking for a good package at a decent price.

I've been looking around and found that Costco has packages, but we've never used them for travel. Has anybody used them and have any tips? (We'd be leaving from LA, if that would help anybody offer advice.)

You might want to check some of the online travel agencies like expedia, kayak, travelocity.

Also, you might get a cheaper flight if you went to London first. We got flights to London for 1/2 what we were going to pay to go to Paris and the flight to Paris from London is only about $49.

The Costco trips seemed too short (5 days) while we were looking at more like 10 days. I haven't found if you can change the length of the packages with Costco like you can with the others you mentioned. But I'll look into the London option, too.
