20. Suppose I am trying to get into the right lane...

...to exit the interstate and I am the only one who seems to give a shit about the speed limit. I'm getting passed left and right so I need to go faster to get into the right lane to avoid causing an accident. (One shouldn't pass on the right anyway.) Once there, I return to the posted limit.

Or suppose I am in the left lane of a 2-lane highway and discover the traffic stacking up behind me or passing on the right. Shouldn't I move into the right lane where drivers are also speeding so others can pass (at illegal, unsafe and inefficient speeds) on the left?
