Would you ever "switch teams"?
Would there ever be any instance where you could envision yourself doing so?

Me? Probably not.

51. I've filled in on the other team, so to speak
and while it was fun, there was not the same spark for me. But hey, if the other team needs a player badly enough, I will always pinch hit.

This thread reminds me of something an old roommate said to me. True story. She and I were on different teams in the same league if you know what I mean (we both liked girls for the analogy challenged). She said to me one night when we were both kinda drunk, "every now and then, there's nothing wrong with a little dick."

My response: "you're in luck then, cause that's exactly what I have."

Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all night. Remember to try the Mock Duck and to tip your waiter.

55. I might consider batting left-handed
if the situation called for it — like if we didn't have a left-handed pinch-hitter and the other guys didn't have a left-hander ready in the bullpen. But I wouldn't wanna be expected to do anything better than draw a walk, or maybe take one on the shoulder.

I was gonna say I might be willing to be a relief pitcher, but that has an entirely different connotation.

60. Switch Teams?
1.) Sexual identity-wise?
2.) Politically?
3.) Sports?

Which of these do you mean?

I guess I will just answer them all.

1.) If Ann Coulter was the only woman left on the earth I would turn straight.
2.) Only if the parties flip-flopped again like in the early part of the 20th century. In other words, I am a leftist and always will be.
3.) The only sports I like are frisbee and frisbee golf.

65. Same here. Besides, love is supposed to transcend the corporeal...
and love is about the other person.

Otherwise it's lust and anybody can have that. And risk the disease and other forms of pain that go along with it.

Mind you, the way the world is going (and liberal-in-training Jenna Bush is writing a sob story to be published about a 17 year old single mother with AIDS, okey dokey...) I may as well give up the concept of love and go find somebody, who cares of gender, and get the disease so I will then incontrovertibly know my time is running out.

Sheesh. The day people start begging for a quick, painless death...
