5. I hate snow

yet I always seem to live in cities that snow....

so far we have about 5 feet of snow...and it's snowing right now...

arrgh!

6. It's pretty

a bit over an inch so far in CH, NC, but the roads are getting ugly already.

Took my daughter to work, she has zero experience with driving in this stuff, the roads weren't too bad going in, coming home there were several cars off the road, and a big mess up the hill from where i turned off, luckily ahead of it. Several cars were off the road at the top of the hill, with traffic backing up in both directions (2 lane road).

If you don't have to go out, don't. With temps not getting above freezing or just barely, what little melts on the road is refreezing quickly. Trucks out plowing already, and it's still coming down. As usual, many drivers are traveling tooo fast for conditions.

snow's really coming down now, they've upped the accum. totals to 3" in some areas.
