She was the first runner-up.

Miss Georgia was the second runner-up. As part of the pageant, they showed the question and answer thing they do with the judges during the preliminaries. Anyway, Chris Matthews - yes, THAT Chris Matthews - asked her who she would rather spend time with: George W. Bush or Bill Clinton". She said Bill Clinton. When he asked her why, she said "I'm tired of George".
