President Bush visiting Delaware today
The News Journal

President Bush is to visit DuPont Co. facilities in Delaware today during a trip expected to focus on energy initiatives.

Energy was a major focus of the president's State of the Union speech Tuesday night.

"All presidents have always tried to reinforce their message from the night before," Rep. Mike Castle, R-Del., said.

Bush is scheduled to speak on his energy initiative and tour biofuel research projects at the DuPont Experimental Station.

The White House released few details of the plans for the trip, but DART First State bus stops in downtown Wilmington were being changed throughout the day

4. Like that's any better?
Delawareans? Delawarites? Either one sounds like a planet from Star Trek.

3. On the positive side
Everywhere the prez goes he creates lots of $6.00 an hour jobs for workers and $6,000,000 a year jobs and tax breaks for their CEO's

Think positive my dear LynneSin as all those $6 workers will also get a tax break on their already high and un-affordable health insurance.

6. You ever watch a cartoon like Charlie Brown...
...where Pigpen walks past the flowers and they all die or similar, an evil witch that walks around and everything dies as she walks past? That seems approximate and appropriate for GW except it in his case it would be well paying American jobs, health care, education and tens of thousands of human lives in a war disappearing behind him with tiny little anti-gay stem-cells sprouting up in the path of destruction and waste left behind him.

8. My sister is actually going to hear him speak!
She says, "It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity." I told her that the only way I would go is to stand outside the building and protest.

11. "Energy was a major focus............" LOL
He blew through that part of the speech like a meat eater does the vegetable sides on a menu. Cheney was even giggling during the gas reduction bit.

Just another photo op of him wearing goggles and "examining" things he cares little about.

But we knew that.

Stay upwind if you can. :-)
