This morning I did a lot of periodic weight lifting...
This afternoon I used the elliptical trainer for several 2 minute bouts.

How crappy am I gonna feel tomorrow AM?

1. Last night I did an hour of lap swimming and water aerobics...
I'd forgotten what a kick-ass full body workout swimming can be! I'm a little muscle sore today, but it's only a cardio day today anyway.

If you did a lot of weight lifting, more than you're used to, you'll probably be pretty sore. :)

I gave up on weights this afternoon because they seemed unusually heavier.

But as I keep doing it, I will get stronger and within 12 earth months I will be rid of this damn belly. (it's a big one, I'm not saying '12 months' out of laziness. )

Maybe less if I can find the right diet drug, but exercise feels good. :D
