I suspect my neighbor is a francophile.
The tri-couleur is waving all over the place -- and NO American flag.

He plays Edith Piaf LOUDLY all the time!

He keeps his hand tucked into his shirt, a la Napoleon.

What is a good true patriotic Murkin to do?
