13. I have long made it a rule
to try not to meet other peoples' "little friends"... nothing personal, ya know...

but while that friend is out eating cheese - just make sure it isn't 1970s era surplus intended to feed those with little... or the modern day version of scrooge trying to bilk tax dollars with overcharges for sublevel services (aka Haliburton).
