A couple of weeks ago, my stepdad helped me cut down a dying tree. We stacked a small bit of wood near the property line next to a hill that leads up to my neighbor's yard. Well, yesterday, my cat, Yogi, and I kept hearing thumping sounds. We couldn't figure out what my neighbor was doing. Today I saw for sure what he was doing. It turns out that he got a big huge stack of wood and stored his exactly symmetrical with my stack but on his side of the property line. So, now my stack looks tiny in comparison.

If that whole "keeping up with the Jones'" thing isn't an absolute fact, I'll be surprised. What should I do next in my yard to get him to copy me and try to make it bigger? There has to be something I can do that if he tries to copy me and make it bigger, it will make him look like an idiot. I find this whole incident rather amusing, to be honest.

The goal here is to be ludicrous, so the neighbor does something even more ludicrous to "beat" him. Ron Jeremy may be Mr. Meatstick himself, but besides that, he's not the masculine ideal. He's Joe Sixpack from New York. A statue of that in your yard is a hell of a lot more ludicrous than some chiseled bodybuilder.
