myspace background image question

Can anyone easily explain to me how to add an image or wallpaper to my myspace account? Even if I did know html, I still can't figure out where I put the coding. I can cut and paste one of the html codes from one of those free services, but as I said, I don't know where to put it.

Is this too hard to easily explain? Should I just wait for my computer-whiz cousin to come over?
