1. arms
with a four wheeled vehicle.

I can't stay in a store long enough to fill up a wheeled cart.

I chose grocery cart, but I just call it a cart.

I just say to someone, let's get a cart, so we don't have to carry all of this stuff.

14. I just call it a cart
but if pressed, I guess I'd say shopping more than grocery. Buggy, wagon, and trolly are just silly appropriations of the names of other things that only remotely resemble a shopping cart.

15. Just cart, I wouldn't mentally note if someone added grocery or shopping
Then again I routinely shrug off most of these semi-regional verbal distinctions.

19. Depends
When I'm at the grocer's, it's a cart or grocery cart. When I'm at a department store, it's a cart or a shopping cart.

It's situational, I guess.

21. I do not call them anything, unless they are in terrible disrepair.
I am too busy to be involved in a conversation with another human being about such objects.

However, when I am attempting to use one that is in terrible disrepair, I may be tempted to call one of them "cocksucker" or "motherfucker."
