A new supermarket near me takes shopping to a new level!
The new supermarket near our house has an automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh. Just before it goes on, you hear the sound of distant thunder and the smell of fresh rain.

When you approach the milk cases, you hear cows mooing and witness the scent of fresh hay.

When you approach the egg case, you hear hens cluck and cackle and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying.

The veggie department features the smell of fresh buttered corn.

I don't buy toilet paper there any more.

3. Watch those veggie misters
They're a breeding ground for Legionnaire's disease. I'm not even kidding.

5. One of our stores has the thunder
And there is a fake monkey on top of the banana shelf that will spring to life, singing a song about 'The Monkey Band' while clashing cymbals.

9. For our CT/NY DU'rs Stew Leonards takes the cake.
Horrible parking and animatronic bands of fruits, breads, vegetables, and various meat products singing around every corner.

12. I Miss Stew Leonards
the f-ing Disneyworld of Groceries - the only place my kids WANTED to go shopping and they have the most re-usable bags.

Great coffee, cheese and naturally raised meats though and the first place Paul Newman sold his stuff..........
