1. Good one
It was especially enjoyable having recently experienced assisting a friend in setting up True Voice with Earthlink.
Lest you think I am endoring TV, think again. When we talk on the phone now, it sounds like she is underwater and the echo of my own voice back to me is highly annoying.

I have no desire to speak with any sort of technical support for a long time to come.
