She's 8 weeks old, a yorkie/shih tsu mix, dark grey with incredible blue eyes. I am going to post a pic tomorrow.

Her name is Kylie :eyes: (the 10yo who didn't want another dog because it would hurt our current dog's feelings, named her)

17. Off the crutches and has a boot. So doing better.

Getting really excited about going to the new high school. I have to admit, it is gorgeous.

And, the oldest was elected captain of the Varsity field hockey team and she's only a junior!

(Disclaimer: Due to the new high school, there won't be a senior class at her school this year, they will stay at the old one, but we're happy for her anyway!)

18. Wow! Your summer seems to have taken a decidedly positive turn!

Things are normalizing around here, although Jack is driving me insane. We have to figure out a way to rig the fridge so that he can't spend 9/10ths of his waking hours pulling crap out of it. He's dumped three pitchers of juice out, this week, and everytime I go into the kitchen, there are random food items on the floor and the counters.

There is a lock you can get at Babies R Us. We had it for a while. It was a life saver.
