Oh, thank God, it's dropped a degree down to 102! Now I can turn
the air conditioning off and fire up the fireplace!

Thank God for this cold front moving down!

2. I haven't gone out since early this morning
to feed the dog. The heat really gets to me quickly these days.

I can't wait to see the electricity bill. For parts of the day, there are 2 a/c's and one swamp cooler running at the same time - large parts of the day.

4. I hope you have a nice warm coat
You may need it with that serious of a cold front.

It's a cool 101 here in St Louis.

Tomorrow in the city of St Louis they are forecasting a high of 105....OUCH!!

The window unit AC just doesn't seem able to keep up with how hot it is out there.

7. 102 Kelvin is very cold.
Below the boiling point of nitrogen in fact.

You live on Neptune?

9. Obvoiusly, since I said "degree" I'm talking neither Kelvin nor Rankine
So you can take it as 102 degrees F, which is hot, or 102 degrees Celsius, which is ungodly hot, at least for weather.

8. You're welcome.
It seems that the West Coast has sent you the heatwave that we had last week when I actually saw a bank clock register 125.

Our weather is WAY better this week...it's currently a chilly 80 degrees in downtown LA and only 81 in the typically hotter-than-Hades San Fernando Valley.

:hi:

10. I won't have any electricity tomorrow.
The electrician is coming to update our electrical system. Of course, this is going to happen on the gottest friggin' day of the year. I don't think my little battery-operated fan is going to help me here. Any suggestions on how to stay cool?
