Help me pick out the track list for my little album
Ok so I'm recording this EP and I'm trying to keep it at 10 songs. It's basically some covers with two original songs. All very sparse arrangements. two guitars, vocals, harmonica, bass and keyboard at the most and all played by me. First takes on everything.

Here is what all I have recorded that MIGHT go on there.

Song/Artist

Fight Test/Flaming Lips
The Weight/The Band
Masters Of War/Bob Dylan
Eleanor Rigby/The Beatles
I'm Only Sleeping/The Beatles
She's Electric/Oasis
When You Were Mine/Prince
Girl From The North Country/Bob Dylan
No More Auction Block/Traditional
Working Class Hero/John Lennon

The ones that will definitely go on there are one of the originals, Fight Test, Girl From The North Country, Working Class Hero, Eleanor Rigby, When You Were Mine and The Weight. I am pretty sure Masters of War will be on there too but the performance on that is not my best because I can't fake Dylan too well lol. I think I need something peppy and upbeat on there but I can't decide what. What do you all think? What would you want to hear out of the left over songs?

3. I'd recommend getting a hold of some Mountain Goats & John Wesley Harding
It's an advantage working with material that's already arranged to be played by one person. Failing that,
Neil Young: After the Gold Rush, Helpless (really CSNY, but still), Thrasher, My My Hey Hey, Rockin' in the Free World (yes, there's an acoustic one)
Richard Thompson: friggin' anything, but especially '52 Vincent Black Lightning and Devonside; most people like the stuff he did with Linda, but I'm not most people
Dylan: Shelter from the Storm, Visions of Johanna
Lennon: Mother
Bob Mould: Sinners & Their Repentances (assuming you have a 12 string)

Hope those hold you a while.
