I'm going to take some No-Doz and hope that at least makes me functional.

I have wondering tongue syndrome, but the dental assistant is pretty cool with that. Whew! Sometimes I get an unsympathetic one and she ties it down. Whatever you do just remember that line from Peter Gabriel's Big Time: I've been stretching my mouth to let those Big words come on? out
