STFree are the creators of the world's first and only Safe Sex License, a confidential card that allow its' members to instantly prove the last two times they were tested for HIV/AIDS and the results. The service helps those who are HIV-free to continue living safe and healthy lives. It also makes people more conscious about the need and importance of constantly monitoring their sexual health status by getting tested. The Safe Sex License is recognized and approved by Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the New York State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

I think this could be a great idea if used on a wide scale... Of course, it could be a bit misleading since HIV takes a few months to register in the bloodstream.
ETA: This card doesn't go far enough. What about other STDs, like Herpes? It creates a false impression of everything being fine as long as a person doesn't have HIV.
