Well fasting anyway, not so sure about great...

1. Is there a contest

to see who can get the skinniest in Hollywood without actually dying of starvation that we don't know about? They look awful. Most men like a woman with curves. I don't get why they think this skeleton look is attractive.:shrug:

2. Is that fasting

or ingesting of a certain controlled substance, I wonder.

3. I actually did a ten day detox cleansing juice fast back in April

I'd never done anything like that before, but really felt my body needed an internal "spring cleaning" so I did this thing called the Master Cleanse and it was incredible, truly. I felt truly wonderful afterwards and will definitely do it again sometime. It's a great way to get clear, on a lot of different levels.

Granted, those two girls look kinda scary. I could NEVER get to that point.
