itunes users - has it ever locked up while you're downloading a song?

With luck I'll find the contact # shortly... I'd upgrade, but I've got 7 songs in the queue and I'm not risking losing those downloads. That's $7, the swine...

1. they are not lost

in the Advanced pane there is the 'check for purchases' interrupted music downloads can be restarted there. a few weeks ago a problem where the download would quit after 2 or 3 songs and I had to start the process again

2. Thanks! I tried that (and upgrading)...

neither worked; it's still hosed up -- at the same spot. (itunes still works; just the downloading seizes. The light on the router remains still too...)

I wrote to their support center and hopefully they'll look at their side. I can't find anything wrong on my end that would cause this to happen.
