To attempt to return to topic: At least if the greedy one had moved them to Milwaukee, they could have been called the "Milwaukee Pucks". :-)

If I ever become a billionaire, I'm going to buy the Dallas Stars, move them to Milwaukee or Madison, rename them the Wisconsin NorthStars, bring back the old "N" logo, the whole nine inches.
