No cook-outs today
Storms are brewing. The sky is almost black and you can hear thunder in the background.

At least I can turn off the air conditioner now and open the windows.

since it's sunny here, but I really miss
the rain and would love for it to
start, again.

SoCal is damn near a desert in rainfall totals.

Northern California has been deluged this year.

Hope the storm is mild and passes quickly.:)

2. NWS says to prepare for spotter activation this afternoon.
I stepped outside and it feels like it has dropped about 20 degrees.

That's not a good sign in MO.

Hope I have a babysitter this afternoon. Temp has dropped about 20 degrees in a half hour-sign of a great storm brewing!

6. are you in the south?
it's thundering here, we haven't had it rain yet though. the sky is just dark.

this morning it was sunny and we were able to spend a couple of hours in the pool, but now it's icky out.
