HP sent me the wrong part for my computer

I ordered a power supply from their parts store but they sent me the wrong one. According to their website I have only three days to return it but there is no one answering the phone on the weekends. And I have to pay the freight back. Goddamn fucking assholes. I don't need this shit; I need my computer fixed.

Half the time I can't understand their brand of English. And they are clueless besides.
