wouldn't mind sharing? I am thinking of launching a new regimine. Ever since my ridge went up, I've been replenishing little by little with organic food. I am starting to eat celery pieces instead of potato chips, etc. I have more energy than before, which is kinda cool, but I wondered about body cleansing to compliment this.

Does anyone have any recommendations? (Is this too taboo to talk about here?)
