Just finished a couple of 'em, and I want some more...

I did sirloin filets marinated for 72 hours in teriyaki sauce, scallions, crimini mushrooms, red bell peppers, yellow zucchini, and shrimp. The shrimp I did separately, and smothered them in butter, garlic, and kosher salt while they cooked. The other kabobs I coated with olive oil and kosher salt.

Pure heavenly goodness!

Is it Nowrooz? No, it isn't, but I don't care. I love 'em my şiş kebap!

Now that spring is here, grilling season is here. Which means a summer of grilled veggies, grilled meats, and shish kebabs!!
