Put CLINTON on currency, not Reagan

Instead of that dunderhead Reagan, put Clinton on a coin or bill. Create a new two dollar BILL for collectors or maybe even a useful dollar coin. Any other suggestions?

1. Well, if you want either of these guys on a coin or a bill

you'll have to kill them first. US law prohibits the depiction of living people on our currency or stamps.

2. Why?

I know plenty of reasons why NOT (namely the cost of everything, from committee to implementation to circulation), but because I want to know the good things Clinton did (if any, I've concentrated so much on his doings I disagreed with that maybe he's more than just a centrist who caved into the repukes at every other turn and helped them out at the end with his little sex life that helped to defeat the Gore campaign, don't use the "G" word because they're irrelevant...)

6. Live presidents on money?

I didn't know pictures of live presidents were put on money. 
If president's pictures can be put on money while they are
still living, then the practice should be that whoever is the
sitting president should be put on say - the dollar bill - for
as long as he is president.  That way each president would
have a turn for their picture to be put on our currency. 

  As for past presidents, to change horses in mid-stream would
cause so much political upheavel, it is just not worth it. 
But, if they do change pictures on money, it should have to be
done in two's - one democrat and the other republican.  This
is never going to happen so just leave the past currency as it
is.
