Any one use Net2Phone via Yahoo! Messenger to make calls via computer?

I'm thinking about using Net2Phone via Yahoo! Messenger to make phone calls from my computer. Have a couple questions for anyone already using this system:

1) What's the quality?
2) Are there security risks (more than typical, I mean)

1. skype encrypts everything. can't be tapped apparently. i like google

talk and use it every day. its computer to computer though. using it computer to phone or whatever, its beyond me. :)
