Yeah exactly, one thing I remember from a party I went to is that we had one or two people there who didn't drink and the first thing they did before the drikning started was to take away everyone's keys so they didn't fuck up. People here in the states and I won't lie because Ive done like to drink to get drunk. Drinking in many European countries seems to be cultural rather than recreational. I dunno what I blame it on, maybe prohibition back in the 20s.
