Lessee...

I slept from 10:30 until 12:30, and then from 1:30 until 3:30, and then sporadically from 4:30 until 6.

I never sleep well on Sundays.

27. I try to get good sleep, but I'm always tired.

I never felt as good as I did the night I went to bed at 1am, and got up at 6:30am.

Maybe I just don't need as much as I've been getting.
