10. Not sure yet. It's a frozen turkey breast roast. Apparently I was

supposed to cook it FROZEN, but I thawed it first so.. who knows? :shrug:

Well, at the very worst we'll fill up on taters, stuffing, and veggies. :P

13. Reduce the cooking time by a few hours.

Just keep a close eye on it and check on it every 20 minutes or so. Should be all right.
