1. Well it depends on whether you mean poo as a verb or a noun.

If you mean poo, the verb: about a day. I am pretty regular. And by pretty regular I mean like clockwork. And by clockwork I mean like atomic clockwork.

If you mean poo, the noun: Never. I have never been without the noun version of poo, since at all times, in my body there would have to be poo in some form or another.
