I just did Jennifer Granholm
a favor by signing a nominating petition to get her on the 2006 ballot in Michigan. I also plan to do the same for Debbie Stabenow.

A reminder for my felow Lounge Lizards:

Michigan DUers should click the link in my sig line to go to the Michigan Democartic Party's website and request nominating petitions. Everyone else should contact their state or local party office to obtain petitions.

7. Did she really come
to the conclusion that vetoing several road projects would serve Michigan (a state plagued by bad roads) well in the long run?

9. Oh NY roads suck, no doubt
But there is the luxury of mass transit.

Now, maybe I'm behind the times (I left in '96), but I have bad memories of seeing my hubcaps literally running away in horror after hitting some major rack-n-pinion-challenging chuckies on I-275, Michigan Ave, Telegraph Rd, Ecorse Road (Death Central), and other toothless thoroughfares of the Wayne/Oakland/Macomb/wanna throw in Washtenaw? region.
