I thought it was part of the design on her shirt.

And when I looked at the photo under extreme magnification, I began to wonder if it was a bilaterally symmetrical accumulation of lint on the shirt's surface. Even now, looking at the 40"x70" blow up that adorns my wall, I'm unsure as to their exact nature.
