And yes, thank god, I'm doing much better today. Lots of Vicodin and sleep helped a lot. I went yesterday to my chiropractor, which helped. I'm going again in about an hour and I'm scheduled for a massage tomorrow. My neck is still incredibly sore and I don't have full range of motion, but it's not quite as bad as yesterday, at least.

Everything changes........speaking of changes, it's wet, wild and windy up here today and I'm LOVING it. Not great to drive in, of course, but great for being cozy inside.

I'm planning to make a big pot of minestrone later on....
