Just smoked a turkey breast.

I used pecan wood and rosemary sprigs for the smoke.
Seasoned the bird with garlic infused olive oil, Hebert's (that's pronounced "Aye-Behr'z") Cajun Seasoning, rosemary, and paprika.
(I LIKE rosemary)

It looks mahvelous.
Can't wait for tomorrow.

Every time we come up we get all involved with daughter's family and GRANDSON.
