Anyone know why my avatars aren't showing up?

I am also not getting some of the banners that normally show up. This all started happening around the time of the upgrades. DU is also acting inordinately slow for me. Thought it might be malware or something but I ran all kinds of tests and came up nil. DU is the only site that seems to be acting funny though, so maybe it is a conspiracy. Any help would be appreciated.

there is an option to hide avs and other images. Do you have that box checked?

8. The donation graphic loads slowly some of the time

and other times it works ok.
