NEW YORK -- Here's the problem: When you deliver a pizza, you need to keep it level. But few car seats are.

Pizza-maker Fritz Larsen said he got tired of sending out pies for delivery, only to have the toppings slide off.

Larsen owns two pizzerias in Illinois. He was selling a solution at the recent Pizza Show in New York: An adjustable plastic wedge he calls the Pizza Leveler.

The pizza show gave bakers, equipment makers and other pizza entrepreneurs a chance to meet and greet. Larsen said he hopes to sell levelers to pizza delivery shops everywhere.
