365 days ago, how drunk were you getting and what were you drinking?

It's 10:00 PM on November 2nd. One year ago tonight, the creeping depressing was seeping in that Bush was going to win/was going to steal the election.

Needless to say, we were all beginning to feel ridiculously low, but how were you coping with it?

Unfortunately, the only good alcohol I could find in the house (I only drink on occasion and never keep anything on hand) was a bottle of Kahlua left over from when I had company. Now I can never drink the stuff without thinking about the Kerry lost, so it tastes especially horrid.

Is like getting full on eating parsely. It's meant to complement a drink, not define it.

I was stuck in an airport in Thailand for 36 hours, and I was so pissed off the election didn't settle into my mind until I got back to the States two days later.
