Ok so neither really, it is just a photo. I have had little input into Mr. Hasselhoff's talents or lack of as an actor. I saw him singing on TV once and recalled thinking that it was a good thing that he is an actor. I was curious what he would look like "Jean-Luc Piccard" style but I couldn't get the "thingy" to move higher than his chest.
