Oh yeah, THE CHEESE!!!!!

Thankfully there was enough pecorino and cheddar left in my 'fridge to complete the recipe. Next time, MAKE SURE THERE'S CHEESE BEFORE STARTING!!!

:dunce:

I'da swore it was more than that.

I think it was the Pecorino that made it so so yummy.

15. Yeah...I should have used the pecorino inside and not on top.
It was too salty for the top. That should have been the parmesan. It was still good, though.

19. You know what's good
is if you break up some cooked hamburger in it and you can also use cutup hotdogs if you don't have ground meat.

I don't eat beef, but ground turkey or chicken works just as well, too, and makes it taste just as good.

30. Well
Try it someday the other way--on a low budget day. When the closest thing you have to a steak is that package of ground meat in the back of the fridge, which is just begging to be cooked and eaten, and not forgotten. ;)

23. You have to use proprietary cheese with Mac.
That's why I always go with PC and cheese; 95% of cheese sold worldwide works with it.

24. don't forget to stick it in the fridge for a few hours
before you eat it. or maybe I'm the only one who thinks mac n' cheese is ten times better once its been refrigerated and re-heated (so the cheese soaks in instead of being all gloopy)
