Really. It can be amusing. There was one, in the post-Katrina threads, who carried on to no end about how everyone who ever stayed in a hotel was "investor-class rich..." That was a hoot.

A lot of folks are addicted to being outraged. That's why they do stuff like watch FOX News or read rightwing columnists they know will piss them off.

The doom-'n'-gloomers are people who take this to another level by having morbid fantasies about dire situations which would feed their insatiable hunger for feeling resentment and anger.
