I swear, I spent most of the day hunting down the first CD today; it only took me three stores to find it. I almost settled for a greatest hits compilation, but I was dead-set. This is one of the only albums that a man as white as myself can dance to without feeling like a complete fucktard.
Tower Records (where I found it) is having a big clearance sale, and I picked it up for 8.99. They also had the second album (with "Private Idaho") there too, and I suspect it might also be on sale. I may be visiting Tower again tomorrow.
They used to have information on the menus on one of the b-52s early recordings so if you wanted to contact them then you had the phone number of the lead singers work on the album.
I tend to associate that term with digital media, which they weren;t putting out at the time of the B-52s' earlier efforts. Still, it would be cool to be able to contact them, if only to let them know how much my ass is a-jiggling to their work.
