has supplied me with a Sony Vaio laptop.

It has been a horrid month. First, missing D.C. Second, the surgery. Third, the complications from the surgery and subsequent removal of about 50 ounces of fluid from my tummy. Fourth, the inability to "do" the stairs and thusly be able to access my office and computer and DU. Fifth, genuinely losing my ability to smile for awhile.

Lo and behold, there is progmom on the phone. Being her sweet self and suggesting I get a laptop. Somehow, from her mouth to somebody's ear...and here I sit with a new laptop and a wireless connection.

Things are suddenly beginning to look up.


Jess, I got your message...I guess I'm it in our game of tag...I'll try and call you tomorrow. I had the cell off for afternoon/evening nap.
